Picture Books school visit. Michael has visited over 800 schools
nationwide, illustrated over 50 books and authored two.

Thomas Edison, written and illustrated by Michael. Edison was chosen
for Maryland State's Black-eyed Susan Picture Book List. "It is
literature of this quality that instills a love of history in a

Michael include Lewis and Clark and Me: A Dog's Tale by Laurie Myers
that was nominated for fifteen awards, received the Pennsylvania Young
Readers Choice Award, and the Cocheco Reader's Award. He has
illustrated books on Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Ellis Island,
fossils, frontier life, pilgrims and much more.

Michael
wears a colonial costume, shows slides, demonstrates how to paint and
sketches children. He speaks to all grades. His program and books
relate directly to a school's curriculum and Michael relates very well
to children.
